I respect all of my clients at The Beauty Project, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them feeling their best. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Need to cancel or reschedule?

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why The Beauty Project tries to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, no problem! No questions asked.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 48 hour window, a 50% charge of the service missed will be added to your profile and must be paid before you book another appointment.


As for no call/ no shows, a 100% charge of the service missed will be added to your profile and must be paid before booking another appointment. 

Running late?

The Beauty Project operates on a time and material pricing structure as well as healthy communication. If The Beauty Project is running behind I will do my very best to communicate that with you as soon as possible.You will not be charged for this time. I value and respect your time, very much.  

In return, please be courteous and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment, if not 5 minutes early.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or shorten your service so we can stay on time. You will be charged according to the original start time of your agreed upon appointment time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so we can minimize any disruption and other customers.
